This recipe only takes a couple hours and is super creamy and delicious! Also feel free to mix and match different cheeses. My favor blend is what I have listed below, but Gouda, white America, and white cheddar also bring great flavors and zing to this dish!

Crockpot Creamy Mac and Cheese

16oz elbow pasta

2 1/2 cups milk

12oz can evaporated milk

8oz cheddar, shredded

8oz colby jack, shredded

4oz monterey jack, shredded

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/4 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp yellow mustard or dijon mustard

1/4 cup butter

  1. Add uncooked pasta into a 5-6 quart slow cooker, then add in your milks, mustard, seasonings, cheeses, and place the butter on top.
  2. Cook on low for 1 hour, then give it a stir to mix everything together, then cook for another 1-2 hours, stirring every half hour or so, until the noodles are done and the cheese is melted and incorporated.
